Luxury has been a western language for the longest with Brands like Gucci, Versace, Louis Vuitton & a host of others in the forefronts For this reason, our mission at HELEN is to change the narrative and earn a seat at the round table discussion of luxury on a global scale. We do this by creating unique designs for women that ensures that they stand out amidst others such that people are positively curious about what they are wearing.
We have our eyes on the global playground, in the same vein we are aware that this will not happen overnight, that is why we want to start from Africa and take on the world one continent at a time.

Our Story
Since then, Helen has showcased bespoke and couture pieces in Runway Dubai. She has also launched her state-of the-art atelier in Lagos, Nigeria.

Founded in 2013 under the name Helen La Costura, Helen Couture is a Nigerian Fashion House established by Helen Chukwu while she was pursuing a Foundation Degree in the UK. In 2013, Helen had her first private exhibition and had the opportunity to style Katie Cleary at the Oscars.
