WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

All prices reflect U.S. currency. Premium orders are delivered via our courier, all other orders are shipped by DHL for International and local delivery.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Payment (one-time or recurring) are accepted by using PayPal or a valid Credit Card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express, Valid Debit Card. Your credit card needs to allow for recurring payments. When you pay for your bills using PayPal, you can use PayPal balance, bank accounts, debit cards, or credit cards that are associated with your PayPal account.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place an order via our Shopify store or contact Client Services at sales@helencouture.com or book an appointment from the website. Our advisors are at your disposal to attend to you

 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

This is dependent on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to make [as some orders are customised to the Customer]. Local deliveries can be 5-7 working days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at [returns@helencouture.com] with details of the product and the defect. We will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, if you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?

All transactions are secured. The HELEN website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. HELEN does not keep any credit card information.

CAN I GET MY PRODUCT PERSONALIZED?

Yes! It depends on the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there OR book an appointment to get this service for a new design.

WHAT IS A MY HELEN ACCOUNT?

Creating a My HELEN account will enable you to: - Follow your online orders, access your purchase history and e-receipts - Manage your personal information - Opt-in/out of HELEN COUTURE Digital Communication - Save your personal wishlist for access on any device - Manage your wardrobe and plan outfits - Benefits on the rewards program

HOW TO IDENTIFY MYSELF IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the MyHC tab and select “Forgot your password?”. For security reasons, a new password verification will be automatically provided to you by sent email to the address you have noted. Once you have entered your account, you will be able to change this password.

HOW TO SEND A HELEN GIFT?

You can purchase a Helen Couture gift via our website or Client Services and deliver it directly to your gift recipient. When placing the order, you will be able to add a personalised message with the gift and specify the address you would like to ship it to. To ensure the highest quality service, our Client Service team will contact you for further information if required.
